PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana

A central sector scheme providing income support to small and marginal farmer families across the country to enable them to take care of various expenses related to agriculture and allied activities as well as domestic needs.

Direct income support of ₹6,000 per year, paid in three equal installments of ₹2,000 every four months directly into the bank accounts of eligible farmer families.

Small and marginal landholding farmer families who hold cultivable land in their names. Excludes institutional landholders, tax-paying citizens, and former/current constitutional post holders.
