State programme supporting women’s empowerment through Self Help Groups (SHGs), social mobilisation, financial inclusion and livelihood development.

Support can include SHG formation and development, bank credit linkages, eligible loan interest support, livelihood activities, skills training and market connections. Specific support depends on the programme and SHG.

Primarily women participating in eligible SHGs and federations in Odisha. Programme-specific requirements apply.
