Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Mandhan Yojana

This scheme aims to provide an assured pension to workers in the unorganised sector after 60 years of age. Applicants between 18 and 40 years of age can join the scheme upon payment of a monthly contribution between Rs.55 and Rs.200.

Assured monthly pension of Rs.3,000 per month after 60 years of age.

• 1. Applicant should be engaged in unorganized labor sector.
• 2. Age should be between 18 and 40.
• 3. Monthly income of the worker should be less than Rs.15000
• 4. They should not be covered under New Pension Scheme (NPS), Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) scheme or Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO).
• 5. he/she should not be an income tax payer.
