Australian Digital Skills Support Program

The Australian Digital Skills Support Program helps individuals develop essential digital skills for work, education, and everyday life. The program provides training in computer basics, internet usage, cybersecurity awareness, online communication, digital productivity tools, and government online services. Participants receive practical, hands-on learning through accredited training providers to improve digital confidence and employment opportunities.

• Introduction to cloud storage and digital collaboration tools.
• Certificate of completion after successfully finishing the course.
• One-on-one mentoring from qualified trainers.
• Access to online learning resources for six months after course completion.

• Australian citizen or permanent resident
• Age 16 years and above
• All genders eligible
• Basic English proficiency preferred
• Residents of New South Wales
• Willing to attend scheduled training sessions
• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
• Open to all genders.
• Must reside in New South Wales or another participating state.
• Priority may be given to unemployed or underemployed individuals.
• Seniors aged 60 years and above are encouraged to apply.
• Individuals with limited or no digital skills are eligible.
• Persons with disabilities are welcome, with accessibility support available.
• Applicants should be able to attend scheduled training sessions.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
• Valid government-issued identification is required during registration.
• Applicants must agree to follow the training centre's code of conduct and attendance requirements.
